1. Digital Product & Refund Policy
You are purchasing a digital, non-tangible license key. Because digital goods cannot be "returned," all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a license key has been generated and emailed to you. By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes through Stripe, PayPal, or your credit card provider for "item not received" or "item not as described."
2. Delivery & Setup
Immediately upon purchase, your license key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. You must join our designated Discord server to download the software files, verify your key, and access setup instructions. We are not responsible if you enter an incorrect email address during checkout.
3. Educational Use & Liability
This software is developed and distributed strictly as a proof-of-concept educational utility for computer vision and machine learning research. You assume all risks and responsibilities associated with how you choose to use this software. We are not liable for any account restrictions, bans, or suspensions you may incur on third-party platforms or services.
4. Affiliation Disclaimer

We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any video game publishers, console manufacturers, or third-party security software providers. 5. License Restrictions
Your license key is for your personal use only. Sharing keys, attempting to resell your subscription, or attempting to reverse-engineer, crack, or distribute the software will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license without a refund.
